Steve’s primary functions are client services, where he is directly responsible for transactional negotiations and mentoring support to the firms management team. Steve’s results driven personality enables his clients to trust him with their real estate investments. Steve has a reputation of high integrity and performance within the real estate community.
Bryan serves as an Associate Broker at JST Real Estate Services, Inc. Bryan directs the brokerage arm of JST Real Estate, and specializes in landlord and tenant leasehold representation in the Inland Empire market. Bryan also oversees aspects of the property management side of JST Real Estate, including accounts receivable and day to day tenant relations. Bryan prides himself in his ability to listen to the requirements of his clients so that he can effectively and expeditiously meet their needs. Having lived in the Temecula Valley for nearly 35 years, he has a vast knowledge of the area, local economies, and market trends. A native of Southern California, Bryan grew up in the Temecula Valley and continues to reside in Murrieta with his family. Bryan began his commercial real estate career in 2005 at JST Real Estate Services and obtained his Real Estate Broker's license in 2016. To date, Bryan has successfully completed over 700 lease and sales transactions.
Rachael is an executive secretary who works with JST Real Estate to coordinate vendors, construction management and lease administration. Rachael is dedicated, hardworking and believes that client vendor relations are the most important aspect of her job. With her creative problem-solving skills, Rachael is dedicated to building solutions that ensure customer satisfaction. Rachael has worked at JST Real Estate since 2011 and has become proficient in using Rent Manager, Brivo OnAir and numerous closed-circuit surveillance management systems. Rachael was raised in California and resides locally with her family.
Alice has been with JST Real Estate Services, Inc since 2011 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company’s commercial accounting department. Her positive attitude and dedication to client service has made her a valuable asset for both JST Real Estate Services, Inc. and its clients. Alice has perfected her property management accounting skills by working in the industry for the past 25 years and has an in-depth knowledge of operational accounting and cash flow management. She also manages related software applications and brings quality and consistency to JST Real Estate Services, Inc’s accounting operations.
